Rob Munday Developer/Owner

Rob Munday was born and raised in the Spokane/ Post Falls area. With an early passion to own his own business, he started a concrete company in 1997 doing residential concrete work in the Tri-Cities area. In 1999 his company grew to the commercial side completing many commercial projects in our area. In 2017 Rob expanded his company yet again adding an excavation company which complemented an helped his concrete company.
In 2020 Rob, with a family member and partner,  started a storage unit business off Pleasantview in Post Falls ID. During that very busy year he also started a framing company which frames beautiful custom homes up in stunning Gozzer ranch. Rob and wife of over 21 years, Carolyn have three beautiful children, consisting of two girls and a boy. With this new venture, Rob and Carolyn are excited to bring a premium storage to own facility like no other facility in our area!
